Your'e In My Thoughts / NAC #83

Hey y'all. Happy Tuesday and Happy April Fools Day to you! It's no joke that I love Tuesdays because the Nachos get to share a new challenge with you. This week it's a sketch challenge and I hope you have as much fun with it as I did. In fact I enjoyed it so much, I made two while I was at it. Here's my card for this week-

I was enjoying my SAB paper and stamp set set. It's hard to see, but there's just a little glitter on there for some added prettiness.

Here's this week's sketch-

Here's a pic of both cards-

Of course I had to put a little pretty on the inside too-

Well, that's just about all I have for you today. I hope you liked today's cards, and I hope it makes you want to come and play along with us. I can't wait to see what you come up with! As always, if you have any questions about today's cards, please feel free to leave me a message below and I'll be sure to get back to you.

Before I leave you today there's just one more thing I wanted to share with you-

Nacho's 1!!!!!

Can you believe it? A year ago on Sunday I got the most Amazing gift ever! I became a Gigi to this Beautiful little girl. And to show how much I love her, I'm temporarily giving up my brand new Craft Room for her. They should arrive later today. I have no idea, how I'm going to get any stamping done with my arms wrapped around her!!!

Well, that really is all I have for you now. Thanks so much for taking time out of your busy day to stop by my little corner of the world. You are very appreciated! Till Next Time-

Live Happy / NAC #79

Hey y'all. Happy Tuesday! I hope wherever you are you are warm. It's freezing cold here in the DMV and we're still trying to dig out from this latest storm. It's Tuesday and that means it's time for a new challenge with the Nachos. This week it's a sketch challenge and I wanted to do something bright and cheery. If you've been around here for awhile, you probably know I don't mix and match patterns and DSP very often because I honestly just don't feel that confident at it. Are you able to mix and match? I really envy those that can do that. This week's sketch just seemed to be asking for it, so I pulled out my brightest and cheeriest pack of DSP, Gingham Garden and my new SAB stamp set and started playing. Here's what I came up with-

Here's the sketch we have for you this week-

I Love this sketch!

I pulled out my Stampin Write Markers to color the stamp and used my Deco Label Framelets to cut it out. I used my 2-Way pen and a little Dazzling Diamonds for a little added shine. I sponged around all my layers to add a little depth. I used Tombow for all my layers except for my stamped image, which I popped up with dimensionals.

Here's a peek at the inside-

This card is going to be going to the manager of the property where I just moved. She's super nice and I wanted to give her a little something, just because. :) I used the new stamp set Petite Petals on the inside because I though they looked a lot like the flowers on the front. In fact, I tried punching them out, with the matching punch, for the front but they were just the tiniest bit too big. I think they were just right for the inside though. What do you think?

Well, that's all I have for you today. I hope you liked it and I hope it brings a little bit of brightness into your day. I can't wait to see what you create with this week's sketch! If you have questions about today's card or any of my other projects, be sure to leave me a comment below.

SAB Thanks / NAC #77

Hey y'all. Hope you're having a great week so far. Just a quick post today. I had surgery a few days ago and I over-did it today. For those of you that know me, that's not a big surprise. It's Tuesday and that means it's time for another challenge with the Nachos. This week it's a sketch challenge. We're expecting another 3 inches of snow on top of the 18 inches last week. YUCK!!! I am so ready for spring. So even though it's cold and yucky here, today's card is anything but. Here's my card-

It uses our New Sale-A-Bration DSP and our Crisp Cantaloupe c/s and ribbon. Many of you know what a hard time I have mixing and matching patterns and prints, but I think I did ok here. What do you think? Hard to tell but there's a little Dazzling Diamonds thrown in for good measure. ;)

Here's this week's sketch-

And because you know I like pretty insides, here's what I did with this one-

What will you do with this week's sketch? I can't wait to see!

Well, that's all I have for you today. I hope you liked it and I hope you play along with us this week. We love seeing your wonderful creations. As always if you have any questions or thoughts about todays card or any of my others, please leave me comment in the section below and I'll be sure to get back to you.

Thanks so much for taking time out of your busy day to stop by my little corner of the world. You are very appreciated. Till Next Time-
